How laundry collection works
Book
Check your address, choose services and pick collection and return windows. We hold your windows for a few minutes while you check out, and authorise — not charge — your card for the estimate.
Hand over your bags
Your driver labels and scans each bag (one bag per service) and confirms the bag count with you.
We weigh and check
The cleaners scan every bag in, weigh washing and count items. If the price would go above your approved estimate, we ask you first — nothing extra is cleaned or charged until you approve.
Cleaning and quality check
Your items are cleaned, checked against your instructions and packed. We take payment for the approved total.
Return
Your driver scans every bag out and back to you. Hand-over needs your 4-digit PIN, or a photo at a safe place only if you chose that option.
