How your total is worked out
- Add your items and washing packages. Extra washing weight is charged per whole kilogram over the allowance.
- If the result is below the £20.00 minimum, we top it up to the minimum.
- A service fee is added. Collection and delivery are free.
- Weight is confirmed at the cleaners. If your total would go above the estimate you approved, we ask first. Nothing extra is cleaned or charged without your approval.
